Service Description

In guided meditation, individuals are introduced to how to get in tune with their mind-body, and spirit through the different exercises, allowing them to find their own connection. Through finding their own connection they gain confidence in their practice which will aid them to proficiency. Making for integration-learning how to integrate the peace and clarity generated during guided meditation into daily life.
